We accept payment via Paypal and by Debit/Credit card. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
DELIVERY
All orders should be delivered within 1 to 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail standard first class post.
REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we will be happy to refund the cost of an un-booked gift voucher provided that the request for refund is received within 28 days of the original purchase date. All requests for refunds must be made in writing (including by e-mail) to Anglia Flight.
